This sensationally versatile costume skirt features a high-low hem and a super flattering A-Line silhouette.
The waist features an elastic back and concealed zipper.
With drawstrings-at-the-ready in the front, you can adjust the skirt to your desired height. Wear it high low or as a full A-line by letting down the drawstrings.
