These can do an amazing job of lifting and smoothing but as they were originally designed for post surgery they are very strong and will require patience to put on.

If your hips are more than 20cm bigger than your waist you may find it too uncomfortable getting the waist band over your hips unless you are already used to ‘columbian fajas’.

It’s important to give yourself enough time to put these on, you can fold back the silicon on the leg when pulling the shorts up so that it is not dragging against your skin, also make sure to get your cheeks in the right position in the cut outs and also have the silicon lace hem of the shorts folded back down and in the right position.
