We understand, however, that sometimes a garment may not fit the vision you dreamed of. To ensure your journey with us remains as seamless and enchanting as our designs, we have crafted a returns and exchanges policy with the same care and elegance we apply to our collections.

Our Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for full-priced items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. They must be returned in their original packaging.

Please Note: Due to the intimate nature of the garments, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items for hygiene reasons:
  • Face Masks
  • Compression Shapewear & Corsets (if the hygienic liner has been removed or compromised)
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within the 15-day window, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. For your convenience, you may use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond promptly with a Returns Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without this authorization cannot be processed.
  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully package the unused item(s) with all original tags and packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your Returns Authorization Number and name. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Vintage Veil is not responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after the item arrives at our warehouse.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we have processed it.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.

Please do not send returns directly to our company address. You will receive the appropriate returns warehouse address via email after contacting customer care.
