To ensure your experience remains seamless, we have detailed our shipping and returns policies below with the same care and elegance we apply to our collections.

Shipping Information

We are delighted to offer worldwide shipping (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).

Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way to you.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for full-priced items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. They must be returned in their original packaging.

Please Note: Due to the intimate nature of certain garments, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items for hygiene reasons:

  • Face Masks
  • Compression Shapewear & Corsets (if the hygienic liner has been removed or compromised)
  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within the 15-day window, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond promptly with a Returns Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without this authorization cannot be processed.
  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully package the unused item(s) with all original tags and packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your Returns Authorization Number and name. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Vintage Veil is not responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after the item arrives at our warehouse.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we have processed it.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
