All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process: When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but confirmation that we have received it. Acceptance of your order occurs when we send the shipping confirmation.

Pricing: All prices are shown in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice, though changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:

Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping: We ship worldwide excluding Asia and certain remote regions. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat fee) via DHL or FedEx: 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping (orders over $50) via EMS: 15-25 business days after shipment

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Vintage Veil is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of full-priced items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Face Masks
• Compression Shapewear & Corsets (if the hygienic liner has been removed or compromised)
• All sale items (final sale)

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer care at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. We will provide a Returns Authorization Number and instructions
3. Ship the item(s) with all original tags and packaging, including your Returns Authorization Number
4. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we will cover standard shipping costs for your new item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Vintage Veil or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. The Vintage Veil name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
